From November 16th to 19th, 2023, the magnificent National Exhibition and Convention Center of Shanghai (NECC) will host the prestigious Shanghai International Art Fair.
This art fair stands as a prominent component of the highly successful YRD International Industries Expo (iCiE). Anticipating an attendance of over 120,000 art enthusiasts, the event will welcome galleries from various countries, showcasing a diverse array of artistic genres, including painting, graphics, sculpture, art photography, installation, digital art, and more.
Beyond the visual feast of artworks, the Shanghai International Art Fair 2023 is set to offer a range of interactive experiences, including artist talks, workshops, and live demonstrations.
Among the masterpieces selected by the professional jury, specific pieces from ‘The Lost Planet’ series by Contemporary Artist and Environmentalist Natalia Kapchuk will be showcased in the digital section. Visitors and guests of the fair will have the exclusive opportunity to engage with Kapchuk’s creations, “American Dream” (2019) and “Glacial Iridescence” (2022), presented on a high-definition large plasma screen, shedding light on pressing environmental concerns.
